Priority Sites is a joint venture which brings together the strengths of a major private-sector financial group, The Royal Bank of Scotland, and a public-sector national regeneration agency, English Partnerships. Priority sites required an extranet that would link their 3 remote branches in Widnas, Cornwall and Glasshoughton, handle the accounts incuding billing and manage thier customers.

When Priority Sites retained siworx to develop an extranet, we recognised their need for a centralised information system that would enable their 3 branches to share a single source of information. This included management of thier estates, units, tenants, leases, accounting, reports...etc.

An additional requirement was the need to manage the developments in accordance to their liability and communication between developers, projects managers, and tenants.

To accomplish this goal, we needed a robust content management system and the off-the-shelf software solutions were too expensive and did not meet the specific needs. To solve this problem we turned to our in-house PropertyIT solution which is currently used by dozens of property agents and estate agents in the UK.

siworx utilised it's existing PropertyIT system designed for the estate agency and customised it to allow Priority Sites to develop content on a variety of levels and relate this content to it's specific needs.

The extranet is designed from the ground-up in a modular form and this gives scope for efficient future extranet development.

siworx PropertyIT software incorporates a estates management system which was adapted for the Customer Care module and gives Priority Sites a mechanism to track each reported defect from cradle-to-grave.

Using siworx PropertyIT system as a foundation for the bespoke extranet development made the project economically attractive and as a result saved thousands of pounds in software development. Priority Sites now function more efficiently and and have the abilty to add modules on-the-fly and in the current climate this capability has become a basic necessity.
