At the core of this project we placed the ITR database. This stores all restaurant activity and is fed by PCs and PDAs. Waiters send and receive orders to the bar and kitchen via PDAs, every order is logged and bills are calculated at the cash desk instantly.

siworx integrated ITRs stock and accounting software into their new database and delivered a web based front end.

We helped to create the India brand and produced a website which is not only visually appealing, but is used as an e-commerce tool for selling merchandise and taking restaurant orders.

India The Restaurant enjoys a reputation for excellent service and an impressive customer experience. This has been achieved through the state-of-the-art wireless network and PDA ordering system which we introduced.

The whole operation runs like clockwork. Bills are accurate, ingredients are ordered in a timely manner and reports are quickly generated because every detail is indexed in a database.

The ITR website has not only attracted new customers, it generates a new revenue stream as orders arrive for ITR merchandise.

The wow factor ITR sought has become an established feature of this successful restaurant so mush so that siworx has recieved the green light for thier new restaurant in Leeds.

siworx was approached by India The Restaurant (ITR) to provide an integrated IT system which handled orders, bills, accounts and reports.

The solution needed a wow factor to impress the customer but above all must be robust enough that errors are eliminated.
