siworx constructed a secure, web based administration system which allows for layered levels of data access and manipulation. IP reconcilliation via VPN adds a further layer of security.

The administration site acts as a control panel for almost all business functions related to the database, from maintenance work and doorkey issues to management information.

Authorised users can amend property details, produce myriad management reports and retrieve acrhived data instantly. The Parklane public website feeds directly from updates made in the management site providing real-time data.

The management and administration site centralises data from various business functions, performing the task of a knowledge management application. It is also modular, so new functionality can be added as required.

The Parklane property database performs thousands of updates an hour and is integral to almost all business functions.

siworx were asked to port legacy data into a powerful SQL Server framework and build an administration and management control panels which would provide authorised access to property data.
