The foundation of our solution is an optimised SQL Server database. siworx introduced touch screens to the bar and the cash register. These communicate with the printer and cash draw via ITRs database.

Bar tenders can take simultaneous orders using the touch screen system which integrates with the dining orders

Bills and takings are automatically calculated. The system is flexible enough to handle discounts and refunds and robust enough for authenticating credit cards.

All this is achieved via an intuitive and eye-catching front end.

Since the introduction of the EPOS systems the billing and payment process has been streamlined enormously. At the bar this results in higher sales volumes. At the cash desk customers never have to wait for their bill.

Because every order is calculated automatically the EPOS process is efficient and free from mistakes. Accuracy is important from a profits perspective but also to the customers who can be confident of an error-free bill and a high standard of service.

The integrated EPOS system logs all transactions in the same database as the menu and orders. This results in total compatibility between all the restaurants data systems and a profound level of detail in reports such as stock levels, profitability and accounts.
