siworx began by rebranding DEU Estates. A new logo and colour scheme has been agreed, which will spread to signage and letterheads.

We have developed a content management interface and an eye-catching, data driven website. The DEU property database contains all the companies information about lettings and sales; it constantly feeds the website. Updates are made in real time by the property agents direct to the website.

In addition to adding and deleting properties DEU staff can update the content on their web pages, including images

DEU has a website which has exceeded their brief. Prospective tenants are attracted by the new website and almost always initiate a property search. This generates business and frees up agents for other tasks such as viewings.

DEU agents regularly update their website pages, ensuring that the site stays fresh. They value being in full control of their website content. As you would expect from property agents of DEUs calibre the property database is updated daily.
